FBI’s National Security Threat List: Who’s on the NSL?

The FBI’s National Security List (NSL) has two parts, the Issues Threat List (activities that get you on the list) and the classified Country Threat List (states whose activities are “so hostile, or of such concern” that investigations are warranted).

  5. Iran
  6. Belarus
  7. Cuba
  8. Sudan
  9. Democratic Republic of the Congo
  10. Republic of the Congo
  11. Somalia
  12. Myanmar (Burma)
  13. Bosnia
  14. Vietnam
  15. Libya
  16. Côte d’Ivoire/Ivory Coast

Classified Country Threat List

  1. Japan
  2. Israel
  3. France
  4. South Korea
  5. Taiwan
  6. India
  7. UK
  8. Germany
  9. Netherlands
  10. Belgium
  11. Canada
  12. Iraq
  13. South Yemen
