a combination of Number of followers, following Vs followers ratio, google page rank would be a good way to rank.
I wouldn’t suggest using Google Pagerank to rank twitterers 🙂

Why people do not spend time to develop this language. Lot many alphabets need to be introduced. The language appears inadequate on the aspect of pronunciation. Many words could not be prononced. Ganesh is pronounced as Kanesh. Subbu is prononced as Chuppu.There are no Gha, KKha, Sha, Bha Pha Da, Dha, etc, etc.
